Florida '10: One final adventure

On my last whole day in Florida this time around, heck, the U.S.A., I decided I should have one final adventure. Well, I didn't really decide it that day, but some days before, but that's beside the point. At 0930 in the morning we boarded a 65 foot catamaran. At 10am we sailed out towards a coral reef ("sailed" in the sense that there was no wind and we used the engine). On the ride there we had some breakfast, and when we arrived an hour later we snorkled for an hour. Unfortunately I couldn't do any diving when snorkling because of an ear infection. I went to see a doctor about it and she said "no diving", but snorkling was good. When we'd finished with the snorkling we sailed towards the company's "Island of Adventure", which was really just a floating dock. A good lunch and an hour later we arrived for hours of fun playing with jet skis, paragliding, and just having fun in the water. Eventually we had to get back to shore, and at around 4pm we were back where we started. This was a day of tremendous fun and definitely worth the cost of the trip. If you ever go down there I strongly recommend you going on the same adventure.
