Company trip to Ruhpolding

At the start of 2010 my employer took all its employees and some sponsors to the biathlon world cup in Ruhpolding in the south of Germany. I didn't get to see many biathletes, but that's mostly because I have no interest in the sport. It was still an excellent trip with nice views, good food, lots of beer (for those who enjoy those sorts of drinks)... and lots of Germans, of course, which is a story to be told separately, so stay tuned to the blog. On the Saturday a friend of mine came and picked me up in the town where we lived (called Reit im Winkl) and we went to Munich for sights, a movie... and even more Bavarian food. Including the world's largest schnitzel as you can see below.
